The overall theme of this year's conference was “Change the Game” and encouraged the Club’s membership to view gender balance as an important objective of a game-changing leader who creates an inclusive culture to achieve better business results. This message aligns with Automotive 30% Club Founder, Julia Muir’s book titled ‘Change the Game: The Leader’s Route Map to a Winning Gender-Balanced Business’ and aimed to inspire Club members to act now and inform them how to get started.
The conference ran over two half-days - Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th February, and included live panel sessions, guest speakers, executive discussions, a range of masterclasses, live Q&As, networking sessions and much more! 81% of delegates rated the content of the conference as excellent with a further 19% rating it as good.
