Keynote – Gender-Balance and Inclusion at Renault Group UK

Guillaume Sicard was appointed as Managing Director Renault UK in January 2022. Prior to that he held various senior leadership roles in Renault Group, with an international career in France, Turkey, and India, and most recently the dual role of COO, Renault China and CEO of the Renault-Brilliance China JV. Prior to that he was Vice President Sales & Marketing Asia Pacific, and MD South Asia.

Under Guillaume’s leadership, in 2023, Renault UK has achieved significant milestones, recording the second fastest growth of any mainstream brand in the UK, the fastest growth of any mainstream LCV brand in the UK and seeing its hybrid registrations increasing by over 110% year-on-year, underlining the firm’s electrified car leadership. In 2024 Renault UK continues to grow faster than the market average and has been buoyed by the reaction to its latest models, including the class-leading Renault Clio, European Car of the Year winning Renault Scenic, and much anticipated Renault Symbioz, Renault Rafale and Renault 5.
