Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are integral to how we operate at Oodle, and our goal is to build a high performing culture that is fair, safe and inclusive for everyone.
We’re incredibly proud of our progress on DEI. Two years ago we made a commitment to increase gender diversity on our ExCo and in senior leadership roles and in 2024 we hd around 50% female representation across both groups. Alongside this we have widened our DEI focus and created our employee networks focusing on Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage, LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity and Mental Health.
We have partnered with the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion to provide us with invaluable benchmarking and a wealth of resources for our employees, leaders and networks. We are also signatories to the Women in Finance Charter, Race at Work Charter and we’re a Disability Confident (Level 1) accredited organisation. Becoming a Silver Member of the Automotive 30% Club is the next exciting step in our DEI journey.
