We will continue to deliver and implement our DE&I strategy and have several initiatives planned that will enable us to reach a broader population of people and achieve true gender balance across Carwow Group.
We have made great strides to invest and create the tools necessary to help us attract diverse groups of talented people into our organisation and we are also utilising technology in the form of reporting. We have also established a number of internal employee resource groups such as WOW women, PrideWOW, CareWOW and appointed global D&I champions to help us drive our philosophy at all levels and cultivate inclusivity throughout Carwow.
