“At Fix Auto UK - #FixFamily - our people culture, which is built on the principles of collaboration, transparency and trust, is at the centre of our value led strategy.
By joining the Automotive 30% Club, we’re taking a significant step towards fostering a diverse and gender-balanced team, a position which stretches right across our network, which is essential to our success.
As a vital component of our Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy, this initiative will drive positive disruption across the vehicle repair sector and build on the excellent progress already spearheaded by the Automotive 30% Club.

Our involvement follows an inspiring milestone in 2024, when Alena Woolacott, the Finance Director at our Fix Auto Mid Devon repair centre, was celebrated as one of the Automotive 30% Club’s Inspiring Automotive Women. Her recognition highlights not only her company’s ongoing efforts to champion gender diversity, but it paved the way for this formal collaboration.

Within the Fix Auto UK Head Office team, 40 per cent of our leadership and decision-making roles are already held by women. We’re ready to play a pivotal role, sharing best practices and setting an example within our network and wider industry.

The evolution of the sector is vital to its longevity and our vision is to curate a more inclusive and innovative future. As an organisation, we are proud to have sustainable, well-positioned businesses within our network of independently owned repair centres, that attract, retain, and advance a gender-diverse workforce. Becoming a Silver Member of the Automotive 30% Club unites us with 72 forward-thinking CEOs and MDs and we’re proud to join the journey.

Fix Auto UK is committed to driving meaningful and measurable change.
