“It is great to see that our UK Automotive 30% Club member Bentley Motors has one of the lowest median gender pay gaps in the automotive sector at 5.8%, and is significantly lower than the UK cross sector median of 17.9%.  In addition, it is very reassuring to see that there is no gap between the median bonus pay for men and women. It is evident that the strides being made to create an environment for women to thrive in all roles at all levels is steadily closing the gender gap in the company.”
