Sarnjit Kaur, Chief People Officer, Cox Automotive International
Business Partner to the President, Sarnjit’s key accountabilities include the implementation and delivery of a people centric strategy, which ultimately enables the business to deliver its business plan and strategic priorities. Sarnjit joins Martin Forbes, President of Cox Automotive International in his role as a Patron of the Automotive 30% Club.
As part of her international remit, Sarnjit shares best practice people strategies across all international markets, to attract, recruit and retain the best and top talent across all the markets and communities in which we operate. With a tenure of 5 years with CA, Sarnjit started her career as Head of HR for Manheim, then moved into a HRD role for Europe, and is now looking forward to her current role as CPO, reporting to Michele Parks. This year Cox Automotive has the smallest gender pay gap of all the Automotive 30% Club member companies at just 1.5%.
Stuart Mustoe, CEO, TrustFord
Stuart is an Automotive 30% Club Silver Member, and presided over recognition of the company’s efforts with AM & Motortrader DEI Awards and ‘Great Place to Work’ certification in 2022. He is keen to stress that this is only the beginning of the Group’s efforts and that education, involvement and understanding of the business’ aspirations is led from the top but also sits with every colleague in the organisation. This year TrustFord has the smallest gender pay gap of all the automotive retailers.
Andrew Mallory, Chief Operating Officer, Vantage Motor Group
As one of the first companies to join the Automotive 30% Club in 2016 and now a Silver Member, Andrew’s focus has always been to address the gender balance across all departments within Vantage. He oversees all initiatives to ensure everyone is recognised and able to reach their potential which has seen more women stepping into senior roles. Andrew sees a bright future for Vantage as their inclusion journey progresses. Andrew is also a member of the Toyota GB cohort of Automotive 30% Club retailer members.
Simon Smith, Managing Director, Solus Accident Repair Centres
Simon is the Managing Director at Solus Accident Repair, Aviva’s wholly owned group of vehicle damage centres including lead responsibility for all vehicle repairs in Aviva. Simon is also a Silver member of the Automotive 30% Club and a key member of the Aftermarket Leaders’ group. He is a future thinking leader, managing industry change, building a better future through an award-winning apprenticeship program, personal commitment to gender diversity and a key contributor in Aviva’s Net-Zero ambitions.
