Le Etta Pearce - MD, Dealer Auction
Le Etta Pearce is Chief Executive Officer for Cox Automotive’s and Auto Trader’s joint venture Dealer Auction. Le Etta also sits on the Board of Dealer Auction.
Prior to this Le Etta was Sales Director for Auto Trader, a position she held for four years. As well as leading the Sales Team to drive double digit growth, Le Etta was also a member of the Operational Leadership Team at Auto Trader. Before joining Auto Trader, Le Etta was Operations Director for Manheim Retail Services.
A long-time member of the Automotive 30% Club, Le Etta is passionate about lifting women through the ranks in the industry and provides mentorship for many aspiring female leaders.
Stuart Price - CPO, Zenith Vehicles
Stuart is an experienced Executive Director with extensive organisational, commercial and leadership experience. He started his career in food retail, spending over 18 years working across blue chip brands including Asda, Morrisons and CostCutter Supermarkets Group. In 2016, Stuart moved to be People & Service Director for Virgin Care. After two years, he was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer and led a team of Managing Directors and Clinicians across all the clinical services. After various interim CEO and COO roles, Stuart returned to his passion as Chief People Officer of Zenith Vehicles, the UK’s largest independent vehicle leasing and fleet management company managing over 170,000 vehicles. After a period of material growth and diversification, Stuart, alongside his Executive colleagues is delivering a company wide transformation programme encompassing business design, culture evolution, system re-platforming, and leadership development - touching every part of the Group.
Stuart graduated in Psychology at the University of Southampton and latterly undertook a Post Graduate Degree in Business and Executive Coaching with Psychology and Neuroscience at Leeds Beckett University. Stuart is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Alongside his professional career, Stuart has chaired the governing bodies of two turnaround primary schools in the inner cities of Bradford and Leeds and has been a Trustee and Chair of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee of a Global Charity whose mission is to eradicate human trafficking and exploitation (Stop the Traffik).
Justine Bates - People Director, Inchcape
Justine Bates joined Inchcape UK as People Director in 2022. Responsible for c4000 employees within the UK Retail business and corporate head office functions, with additional responsibility for Global Used Car Excellence, which is a global project in APAC, Europe & South America.
Prior to joining Inchcape, Justine was a Divisional HR Director for Capita plc for 8 years, where she had responsibility for c12,5000 employees across many business areas including Software, Property & Real Estate and laterly Government bodies including MoD, MoJ, DWP, Home Office & the British Army. Before joining Capita Justine held a number of Senior HR roles in Thomas Cook, The Co-operative Group, Tui & First Choice. Justine loves skiing, swimming and being outdoors walking, and is married with 2 children & a Golden Retriever called Alfie.
Dudley Wilson - Dealer Principal, Aston Martin Sevenoaks, Lithia UK
With a career in automotive spanning 25 years, Dudley has worked in leadership roles covering dealer retail, OEM and 3rd party consultancy environments. Having spent the last 5 years with Lithia UK (formerly Jardine), he has maintained a position of advocacy for the advancement of female colleagues in the businesses with which he has been involved.
Dudley also volunteers his time to mentor young professionals in the industry and in 2023, he was honoured to receive the Jardine Motors Inclusion Leader of the Year award. Dudley continues to contribute to the overall DEI strategy for what is now Lithia UK by being an active member of their steering committee and driving an inclusive culture in his own business area.
