Catherine Faiers - COO, Auto Trader
Catherine joined Auto Trader in August 2017 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in May 2019. Catherine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Auto Trader’s business. She is also focused on guiding the Group’s strategy and development.
Prior to this, Catherine was Chief Operating Officer at Addison Lee, Corporate Development Director at Trainline and a Director at Close Brothers Corporate Finance.
Catherine graduated from the University of Durham with a BA in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, training at PwC. She is a Patron and Gold Member of the Automotive 30% Club.
Annick Jourdenais - CFO, LKQ Euro Car Parts
Annick was appointed Chief Financial Officer of LKQ UK and Ireland Group in 2018, transferring from the LKQ corporation where she was the Canada Region Controller from 2014 and bringing with her an intimate knowledge of the North American car parts industry. With an international background working in North America, Europe and the Middle East for various multinational companies, Annick ensures the value of a solid financial organisation to the business is paramount. Annick holds an M.B.A. and is a Chartered Accountant, and is a Patron and Gold Member of the Automotive 30% Club. Annick was named as an Inspiring Automotive Women Award winner in 2023.
Martin Forbes, President, Cox Automotive International
Martin Forbes is President of Cox Automotive International, and has financial and operational leadership responsibility for a multitude of key markets including the U.K. and Europe as well as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. He also now holds responsibility for growth strategies in future markets such as China and India. Martin started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and went on to have a successful career in finance and marketing at companies in the U.K., including CEO of digital media agency, Stink Group. In 2015 he joined Cox Automotive UK as Managing Director of the Retail, Media and Dealer Software businesses and to launch a new Data & Insight division. He has been on the U.K. leadership team since 2015, holding the position of Chief Operating Officer for a short period prior to taking up the CEO post in July 2018 of Cox Automotive UK, and then moving to the role of President of Cox Automotive International in 2020. Martin is a Patron and Gold Member of the Automotive 30% Club.
Tom Kilroy - CEO, Keyloop
Tom Kilroy is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Keyloop, a leading global provider of software solutions to the auto-retail industry. The company serves approximately 20,000 dealer sites and more than 80 automotive OEMs, in over 90 countries.
Tom is also an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC). Based in London, Tom joined Keyloop in 2021, having joined FPC in 2020. Tom previously worked at Finastra, Misys and GE Healthcare and served on the boards of EG, the leading Nordic vertical software company, and of Tomia. Tom holds an MA in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Oxford University and a Diploma in Law from the University of Law, UK. He is a Patron and Gold Member of the Automotive 30% Club.
