Beyond 30% at Keyloop (Tom Kilroy)

Prior to joining Francisco Partners, the parent company of Keyloop, Tom Kilroy was the Chief Operating Officer of Finastra. In 2012, as Interim CEO, Tom led the take-private of Misys plc and was then a central part of the team that transformed it under private ownership. Prior to this, Tom spent eight years at GE Healthcare, a division of General Electric. Tom began his career in the City of London as a lawyer in major law firms and is admitted as a solicitor (non-practicing) in England & Wales. Tom currently serves on the board of EG A/S, one of Scandinavia’s biggest IT companies. He is a Patron of the Automotive 30% Club and Keyloop is currently the Partner Sponsor of the Club.
