Dirk-Marko Adams, Head of EMEA at Infomedia, Renews Silver Membership to the Automotive 30% Club

In a continued commitment to fostering a gender-balanced working environment, Dirk-Marko Adams, Head of EMEA for Infomedia, is delighted to announce the renewal of the company’s silver membership to the Automotive 30% Club.

This renewal comes as Infomedia’s EMEA Leadership Team affirms it has reached the target of 30% female representation, as well as continuing their wider commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace for all.

Why have Infomedia renewed their membership to the Club?

The renewal of the silver membership reflects Infomedia’s ongoing efforts to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing women at all levels of the organization. Dirk-Marko Adams emphasised the importance of creating an inclusive workplace where all employees, including women, can thrive and achieve their full potential.

“Renewing our membership with the Automotive 30% Club is a proud moment for Infomedia,” says Dirk-Marko. “It reaffirms our commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion as core expectations in our business. We aim to build a workplace culture where everyone—regardless of gender—feels empowered to succeed. By providing flexible working conditions, remote and hybrid roles, mentorship opportunities, and career development plans, we are ensuring that talented women have every opportunity to excel in our industry.”

Why does Infomedia believe attracting more women to the automotive industry is key to success?

Says Dirk-Marko, “We firmly believe that the automotive sector needs to take intentional steps towards attracting and developing talent from under-represented groups. The are two compelling reasons for this. Firstly, it is essential to address the ongoing skills shortage in our industry, which is particularly acute in the aftersales sector. Secondly, extensive research demonstrates that companies with inclusive cultures are more likely to be financially successful, innovative and agile. In a time of unprecedented disruption for automotive businesses, the need to attract, develop and retain the right talent has never been more critical.”

Looking Ahead

At Infomedia, we are proud of the positive steps we have already taken to create an inclusive and supportive culture for everyone. So far, our efforts have laid a strong foundation.

However, we recognise that there is always room for growth. By renewing our silver membership, we are excited to learn from the experiences and best practices of other Automotive 30% Club members. This collaboration will help us refine and enhance our people strategies, ensuring that we continue to build a workplace where diversity thrives, and every employee can succeed.
