"It’s widely understood that teams that embrace diverse perspectives and ideas are more creative, more innovative and make more informed decisions. At Infomedia, we are delighted to join the Automotive 30% Club and start working towards the “30 by 30” goal.
I look forward to working with Julia, sharing our ideas and learning from our peers in the automotive industry. It’s time to change the game!”
Infomedia is a global leader in SaaS and DaaS solutions for Parts and Service. Our global HQ is in Sydney, Australia and our European HQ is in Cambridge, UK. We also have offices in Atlanta and Detroit in the US. We work with over 50 OEMs globally to create data-driven digital customer experiences in aftersales, as well as providing solutions to maximise genuine Parts & Labour Sales. Over 250K people in the automotive industry use our software on a daily basis.
How are we focusing on creating an inclusive environment? We understand that by focusing on inclusivity, we can unlock the full potential of a diverse pool of talented individuals. To support our teams, we offer flexibility in working hours, remote and hybrid positions, and paid leave for caring responsibilities at all levels in our organisation. In addition to enhanced maternity leave, we also offer six weeks paternity leave on full pay. We’re also increasing our focus on mental health and wellbeing, with initiatives such as additional paid leave and mental health first aid training. However, we’re just getting started - and there is much more to come.
Joining the club has been a great opportunity to put our organisation under the DE&I microscope. We’re currently analysing our data, reading “Change the Game” for practical advice, and looking forward to our first workshop with Julia on how we can better attract, develop and retain more women at all levels in our business. We’re also eagerly anticipating the annual conference and other events, as an opportunity to connect with and learn from other automotive companies that are leading the way in this important mission.
